10g for a little cup of balanced coffee

Creator: Reza

I drink coffee 2 or 3 times daily. I used to put in 14g per brew, or up to 42g per day, but it seems my body can't handle that much. So I lower my doses.

These days I brew 10g of coffee with 170g of water and I'm pretty happy with the results.
