This recipe gives you a larger cup of coffee with a similar flavour to the recipe that inspired it.

Recipe details:

Inverted

Coffee:

15g
Coarse (18 clicks on Timemore C2)
Anything

Water:

97°C / 206°F
250mL

Equipment:

  1. Prep the AeroPress in the inverted position with as little of the plunger inserted as you feel comfortable with.
  2. Prep a wetted double paper filter.
  3. Add the ground coffee, shake to level.
  4. Add 35g of water.
  5. Stir until mixed - roughly 7 times.
  6. Start timer. Wait until 0:30.
  7. At 0:30 pour water until the AeroPress is full, roughly 250g total.
  8. Stir 20x.
  9. At 1:40 flip AeroPress and press slowly for 1 minute, finishing around 2:40.
  10. After emptying out and cleaning your AeroPress (roughly 30s) enjoy!
