2021 Swedish AeroPress Championship - 1st Place

I used this recipe to win the 2021 Swedish AeroPress championship.

I have been experimenting with cold and hot water - this recipe uses both. Big inspiration is Coffeefusion. Thanks!!

Preparation:

  • 20-45 grams cold water in a syringe. How much water depends on the coffee you use
  • 2 papperfilters or 1 Aesirfilter
  • Boiling water 210 grams

100°C / 212°F

Equipment:

  1. 18 gr of coffee in the AeroPress.
  2. Spray it with 20-45 grams of cold water.
  3. Just press the coffee under the water.
  4. 00.45 add 210 grams of hot water.
  5. Just break the surface if the coffee is fresh.
  6. At 01.50 put on the lid.
  7. At 02.00 press slowly for 45 seconds.
  8. Swirl the coffee between two jugs.
  9. Serve and enjoy!!
