Brewing better coffee at home should be easier, so here's the easiest way I know how to brew on the AeroPress.

This is a nice, simple recipe using only 12 grams of coffee and two paper filters.

It only takes a couple of minutes.

Coffee:

12g
1 notch or 2 back before the coffee starts to taste bitter
Any

Water:

99°C / 210°F
180mL

Equipment:

AeroPress® AeroPress®
Hario V60 Drip Scale Hario V60 Drip Scale
  1. Pre-wet 2 paper filters⁣⁣⁣
  2. Pour a 30g bloom and stir⁣⁣⁣
  3. At 0:30, pour to 180g⁣⁣⁣
  4. Cap on, gently press out the extra air
  5. At 1:45, flip and press carefully for 30s⁣⁣⁣
  6. Swirl, serve, and enjoy!
