A little finer than Medium - Fine

Water:

85.5°C / 185°F
300mL

Equipment:

  1. Bloom with 100 grams of water.
  2. Stir.
  3. Add additional 150 grams of water.
  4. Stir.
  5. Screw the metal filter cap on.
  6. Add 50 grams of water to a previously warmed cup [to dilute]
  7. Invert and press.
