Equipment:

AeroPress® AeroPress®
  1. Start timer, pour water till number 2 on AeroPress and agitate for 5 seconds.
  2. Bloom for 20 seconds.
  3. Fill water to number 3 and insert the plunger to prevent dripping.
  4. Brew for 55 seconds.
  5. Relatively quick press. No longer than 5-10 seconds.
