Minimal with Prismo

This is specifically for light roasted beans. I used beans from Blue Tokai Riverdale Estate Fruit Pack (All 3 variants of Grape, Red Fruit & Papaya Fermentation).

Keeping here 3 minutes total brewing time as per James Hoffmann's method.

The goal is to brew decent coffee of 150ml from 12-14 gram Coffee.

  1. Setup Aeropress in standard position with Fellow Prismo Metal Filter attached. Put your 13gm grounds in it.
  2. Start your stopwatch and add approximately 70-80ml water in it (little above the (1) mark). Give a gentle stir to mix grounds well with water. You will see a slight layer of crema on top.
  3. After 2 minute add 70-80ml of water in it and wait for 1 more minute.
  4. After 1 minute, use plunger and press it all the way through.
  5. Enjoy a delightful cup of black coffee.
