15g
Med/corse
Med roast

Water:

92°C / 197°F
220mL

Equipment:

  1. Bloom 15g coffee with 30g water for 30 sec (stir once up and down)
  2. @ 30sec Add 190g water & stir once up & down
  3. @ 1:30 start to plunge
  4. Plunge for 30 sec
  5. Enjoy!
