This is a great low bean AeroPress recipe - just 10 grams of coffee for a small but very flavoursome cup which will bring out the notes of your chosen coffee bean.

Quick and easy. Can be done with a Fellow Prismo instead of inverted.

Coffee:

10g
Fine - Medium
Light to medium roast

Water:

93°C / 199°F
150mL

Equipment:

AeroPress® AeroPress®
  1. Invert your Aeropress.
  2. Add 10 grams of fine to medium coffee (between espresso and v60)
  3. Pour 50 grams of water and stir gently for 10 seconds
  4. Wait 30 seconds, then flip the aeropress.
  5. Slowly press over about 20-30 seconds
  6. Dilute with 100 grams of water.
