Tap brewed

Category: Experimental
This is a cold recipe

Coffee brewed using ice generally presents brighter taste, thus using tap water for a long brew time allows a similar effect.

For this recipe, use water straight out of a tap, or bottle, at room temperature.

This is a long brew (8 hours), a great one to setup before bed and have it waiting for you when you wake up.
