The Corvus

This is a high volume AeroPress recipe that should produce a balanced and silky cup (or two!) of coffee.

Suggested to use a bright single origin, but blends can also produce good results - experiment and see what works best for you!

20g
Medium - Fine
A bright single origin

Water:

94°C / 201°F
358mL
  1. Setup your AeroPress in standard orientation.
  2. Add your coffee.
  3. Add 60gm of water.
  4. Bloom and stir, for 30 seconds .
  5. Pour remaining water quickly to 283g and insert the plunger (but don't plunge).
  6. Slowly start plunging at 3:00
  7. Add 75g water.
