Hario V60 Drip Scale

Timemore C2

Rinse filter with hot water
Set your AP inverted on top of a scale.
Pour your grounds and tare the scale. (20 to 24 on Timemore C2)
Pour 30ml water and stir fast 10 times.
Let the coffee bloom until 30 sec time is reached.
Add the rest of the water until scale shows 250. Stir gently 3 times.
Brew with cap open until timer hits 1:30.
At 1:30 place cap and push slowly and gently until 2:00.
Stop at first sound of hiss.
