Zero Fuss Quick “Latte”

This recipe is zero fuss because you don’t need a scale or fancy equipment to achieve a “latte” style drink.

📝 Recipe Notes:

  • Place plunger right under “4” mark
  • Use 1.5 rounded scoops of finely ground coffee, tap to level
  • Rinse paper filter
  • Use water just off the boil
  • Add milk and sugar to your taste

Coffee:

A darker roast, espresso blend preferably

Water:

98°C / 208°F
-mL

Equipment:

  1. Wet grounds with water just off the boil. Let coffee bloom for 20 seconds.
  2. Fill to the top with hot water.
  3. Stir vigorously for 10 seconds.
  4. Let coffee brew to 1:45.
  5. Screw lid on, invert, swirl and plunge.
  6. Add milk and sugar to your taste.
