Israeli Cardamom Coffee

Category: Experimental
Creator: Ranunculus acris

Pure coffee by itself can be great and, undoubtedly, it is never reaching goal to get the "Platonic ideal" cup of coffee, while randomly or more or less systemically sampling the landscape of varying parameters.

But, it doesn’t mean that sometimes we are allowed to sin by adding some additional flour to the coffee. This recipe is an example of an Aeropress adaptation of such a sin - adding a *cardamom taste *to the coffee, as people sometimes do in the East.
