Freestyled a recipe on a monday morning and it came out really pleasant. This is now my daily driver.

The blooming phase uses 3x the coffee weight, feel free to adjust the grind size.

Recipe details:

Inverted
2:30
Paper Filter

Coffee:

14g
fine to medium-fine
anything but dark

Water:

90-94°C / NaN°F
200mL

Equipment:

  1. Pour 45g & bloom for 30sec
  2. At 30sec, go up to 200g
  3. At 1min, stir in a back and forth - side to side motion
  4. At 2mins, press for 30sec
  5. enjoy !
