If you like creamy iced latte, especially if you use plant-based milk in your coffee - you should give this recipe a go.

This is a variation of the AeroPress Iced Latte recipe which yields a larger creamier variation with the help of flax milk.

Coffee:

36g
Medium-fine
Dark roast

Water:

97°C / 206°F
130mL

Equipment:

AeroPress® AeroPress®
  1. Grind 36g of coffee and add it to an inverted AeroPress
  2. Boil water and add 120ml to the coffee
  3. Begin stirring the coffee ensuring all of the grounds are mixed
  4. Stir for 40 seconds
  5. Cap the AeroPress with a paper filter and wait another 80 seconds
  6. As you wait prepare a cup with 60 ML of flax milk and 5 ice cubes
  7. When the timer reaches 2:00, flip the AeroPress and press into your milk
  8. I like to give mine a stir, but you don’t have to
