Brew like a squirrel!

This is a quick inverted brew courtesy of Mókuska, a specialty coffee roastery, and café from Stuttgart, Germany. Mókuska means "little squirrel" – hence the title!

This recipe will result in a vibrant fruity cup of AeroPress coffee with an elevated body.

We're using 20g of coffee to 240g of 82°C water.

The grind size is medium. 24 clicks on the Comandante C40 is typically a good starting point Adjust if needed!
