Benedek Balla

Hey! My name is Benedek, Ben for short. I was a barista at Costa Coffee and then at Starbucks for 2 years. That's where my love for coffee came from. Toward the end of my 'career' at Starbucks, I started gaining interest in specialty coffee, especially filtered brewing techniques, so I dug in and learned a lot. I have a V60, and I love it. I recently got an AeroPress for my birthday, and I love that even more now. I'm very excited to try the many different recipes I find here.
