I like to switch between Aeropress, V60 and Kalita wave brews. I use a Knock Feld2 hand grinder, after starting with the Knock Aergrind. My first Aeropress was one with the blue bubble markings. Shortly after buying it, I met the Aeropress inventor Alan Adler completely unexpectedly at the house of a friend of a friend, the friend of Adler being of an older generation than me, a Gen X’er. He was genial, happy to talk about what led him to invent the Aeropress and clearly excited about the big splash it had made in a short time.
