I’m passionate about specialty beans, and recently, I’ve discovered the exciting world of fermented coffee – my latest obsession! Living in Cyprus, I never miss the chance to attend the Cyprus AeroPress National Championships as a spectator. The energy of the coffee community inspires me to keep learning and trying new methods.
