I'm no professional barista, but I certainly qualify as a coffee nerd. Light to medium roast beans are my jam. I’m a “spend my coffee money on good coffee” kind of a guy as opposed to chasing gear. That said, I variously employ an AeroPress, a Hario V60, an Oxo Rapid Brewer, a French press and a Breville Barista Touch for espresso.
