This is a cold recipe

My name is PJ from Thailand. I usually brew this recipe on a hot summer morning.

Only 14g of coffee is required for this recipe so you can save your coffee when it almost runs out. My favourite coffee for this recipe is Colombia Rose Valley Double Anaerobic Yeast Washed.

Rinse a paper filter with hot water.
Add 100g of ice to your mug.
Add 14g of ground coffee into an AeroPress brewing chamber.
Add 100g of hot water.
At 0:30, stir for 10 seconds
At 1:00, press gently with your elbow for 30 seconds onto your mug filled with ice.
