15 grams of Awesomeness

I didn't create this all by myself; I drew inspiration from recipes I found on this amazing website. Credit goes to the entire community.

I like it with Ethiopian coffees; You can use anything with fruity and floral characteristics.

I use 200 mL for brewing, and 150-200 mL for bypassing. Adjust accordingly to your tastes.

Standard

Paper Filter

Coffee:

15g
Fine/ Medium Fine
Anything fruity and floral

Water:

92°C / 197°F
400mL

Equipment:

  1. Grind beans, place them into the AeroPress, and wait for the water to reach 92.
  2. Start the timer, pour 200 ml of water.
  3. Stir it with enthusiasm until we reach the 35-second mark on the timer.
  4. Allow it to rest until 1 minute and 5 seconds mark and then gently press down until we reach the 1 minute and 40-second mark.
  5. Add an additional 150-200 ml of water to your liking.
  6. Serve!
