15 grams of Awesomeness
I didn't create this all by myself; I drew inspiration from recipes I found on this amazing website. Credit goes to the entire community.
I like it with Ethiopian coffees; You can use anything with fruity and floral characteristics.
I use 200 mL for brewing, and 150-200 mL for bypassing. Adjust accordingly to your tastes.

Equipment:
- Grind beans, place them into the AeroPress, and wait for the water to reach 92.
- Start the timer, pour 200 ml of water.
- Stir it with enthusiasm until we reach the 35-second mark on the timer.
- Allow it to rest until 1 minute and 5 seconds mark and then gently press down until we reach the 1 minute and 40-second mark.
- Add an additional 150-200 ml of water to your liking.
- Serve!
