Equipment:

  1. Prep - Wet the filter thoroughly
  2. Prep - Put it in the AeroPress filter cap 18.3 grams of coffee, grind coarsely
  3. Prep - Use the normal (non-inverted) method
  4. About 40 grams of blooming water (+/- 30 sec)
  5. Then pour the rest of the water in 30 sec
  6. Press at 1 min for 30 sec. not pressing all the way
  7. Then serve. Simple!
