Equipment:
- Prep - Wet the filter thoroughly
- Prep - Put it in the AeroPress filter cap 18.3 grams of coffee, grind coarsely
- Prep - Use the normal (non-inverted) method
- About 40 grams of blooming water (+/- 30 sec)
- Then pour the rest of the water in 30 sec
- Press at 1 min for 30 sec. not pressing all the way
- Then serve. Simple!
