2019 World AeroPress Championship Winner
The 2019 World AeroPress Championship winning recipe, by Wendelien Van Bunnik of Netherlands.
Straight from the World AeroPress Championships in London, here is the 2019 winning recipe, which uses a Pacas variety bean produced by Orlando Aguilar from El Salvador; roasted by Ozone Coffee Roasters in London.
It's a great recipe, and easy to follow. You gotta move quick - it's time to press when you get to the 40 second mark!
It also calls for a bypass, adding 120g after pressing is complete...
Congratulations to Wendelien, and thank you for a great recipe.
Give it a try, and as usual please let us know what you think in the comments below!
