  1. Gind 16 grams of coffee - Place two rinsed filters in the AeroPress.
  2. Put the coffee in the AeroPress and tare the scale.
  3. Start the timer and add 30g of water.
  4. Gently mix until you reach 0:20 s ( 10 times ) wait until 0:30.
  5. Add 170g of water ( total 200 g ) and Gently mix until 0:50 ( 5 times ).
  6. Close the AeroPress with the filter & wait until 1:20.
  7. Put the bot/cup on the top of the AeroPress. Flip and press until 1:50 ( 20 seconds ).
