Equipment:

AeroPress® AeroPress®
  1. Rinse filter with hot water.
  2. Grind 18g coffee, and drop it into the Aeropress (inverted position).
  3. Add 150ml of 87C water (agitate softy as you pour).⁠
  4. Stir 20 times.⁠
  5. Put the filter cap, and press any extra air out.⁠
  6. Wait until 1:30, then flip, swirl and tap down twice.⁠
  7. Start pressing from 1:35-1:55.⁠
  8. Add 50ml of room temp water.⁠
