  1. Start the timer and add 50ml of water.
  2. Stir 8-10 times steadily in a circular motion.
  3. At 0:30 pour up to 190ml.
  4. Stir 8-10 times steadily in a circular motion.
  5. At 1:30 put the filter cap on.
  6. At 2:00 press the air out and flip the AeroPress and swirl three times.
  7. At 2:30 press gently until 3:00.
