20g is always a good decision!
Sometimes I like to make some experiments with ratios, brew time, and water temperature. A few days ago I found a new recipe for me and it always works so nice.
I use Commandante grinder on 28-30 clix (no red clix).

- Add all coffee in the inverted AeroPress.
- Bloom with 60-65g of water.
- Stir with a pair of chopsticks to 0:15.
- At 0:30 add the rest of the water as fast as possible.
- Stir 10-15 times gently, with the chopsticks again.
- At 1:00 add the cap on and wait.
- At 1:30 invert and plunge until around 2:40 - 2:50.
- Enjoy your well-balanced cup!
