20g is always a good decision!

Sometimes I like to make some experiments with ratios, brew time, and water temperature. A few days ago I found a new recipe for me and it always works so nice.

I use Commandante grinder on 28-30 clix (no red clix).

Recipe details:

Inverted
2:40
Paper Filter

Coffee:

20g
Coarse
Any!

Water:

90°C / 194°F
240mL
  1. Add all coffee in the inverted AeroPress.
  2. Bloom with 60-65g of water.
  3. Stir with a pair of chopsticks to 0:15.
  4. At 0:30 add the rest of the water as fast as possible.
  5. Stir 10-15 times gently, with the chopsticks again.
  6. At 1:00 add the cap on and wait.
  7. At 1:30 invert and plunge until around 2:40 - 2:50.
  8. Enjoy your well-balanced cup!
