A Better Iced Coffee
I found a video on Youtube from Black Tie Kitchen for brewing a V60 Japanese iced coffee. I tried it on the AeroPress and got a wonderful cup!
You need ice cubes!

Equipment:
- Put 125g of ice in the glass.
- Rinse the filter and set your AeroPress in the standard position on top of the glass.
- Add 15g of coffee.
- Add 30g of water (2x the coffee weight).
- Bloom for 45sec (stir if needed).
- At 45sec, add 30g water (60g total).
- At 1min15, add another 30g (90g total).
- At 1min45, 30g again (120g total).
- At 2min15 reach for 140g total water (stir if needed).
- Once around 2min45, press.
