A Cold Treat To Cool Down Your Day!
A recipe that you can make daily to produce a balanced cold cup with a round body.
I use a dose of 11 grams. For the grind setting, I aim for medium to fine, or 11 clicks on the Timemore C3s Pro. The water I use is 100 grams at 90 degrees Celsius, and 100 grams of ice cubes.
For a lighter roast, I recommend using 96 degrees Celsius water, and grinding it even finer, about 9 clicks on the Timemore C3s Pro. However, for a darker roast, use 85 degrees Celsius, and grind it coarser, about 13 clicks on the Timemore C3s Pro.

Equipment:
- Prep - Grind 11 grams of coffee beans to a medium to fine grind, or 11 clicks on the Timemore C3s Pro.
- Prep - While waiting for the water to reach 90 degrees Celsius, prepare 90 to less than 100 grams of ice cubes into a server, carafe, cup, or glass. (whatever you like)
- Prep - Prepare the aeropress using the inverted method, pour in the coffee grounds, make it even by tapping the side of the aeropress.
- Blooming. Start the timer when the water touches the coffee grounds. Pour in 30 grams, stir back and forth 3 times, and wait until 00:30.
- At 00:30, pour in water up to 100 grams, and stir back and forth again 3 times.
- Without waiting, push the remaining air until the water almost touches the top of the aeropress. (As close as possible)
- Prepare a paper filter, no need to rinse. Put the cap on, then flip the aeropress over the server, and swirl gently 3 times.
- At 02:30, start pressing slowly for 30 seconds, and will finish at 03:00.
