A high acidity, balanced cup
I found this recipe by just trying something new. It gave me a sweet and high-acidity cup of coffee.
I used a Tanzania single origin with a medium acidity from itself. I tried this recipe with a Colombian and a Dominican Republic single origin, which also gave me a nice cup of coffee.

- Grind size: Coarse, 1.0.0 on 1zpresso k-ultra
- Coffee: Try something medium roast or high acidity

Equipment:
- Add your coffee to the inverted Aeropress
- Start your timer and add 30ml of water
- Stir 5x and wait till 0:40
- At 0:40 add the remaining water to 150ml
- Stir 2x and wait till 2:00
- Flip and press soft until 2:40
- Enjoy!
