Cappuccino
Don't rinse or preheat the brewer.
Use a metal filter.
Stir with a plastic spoon, metal spoon absorbs too much heat.
If you use dark roast coffee, use 90-92°C water and brew 20-30 sec less.
Prepare a coffee mixer or something similar to shake the brew.

Equipment:
- Put 22gr of coffee in the inverted AeroPress.
- Start a timer, add 85mL water(90-95ml if you put 25gr coffee), aiming to wet all the coffee, then stir with a plastic spoon for about 45 seconds.
- Put the filter cap on.
- Wait until the timer shows 2min. Hold the brewer and the plunger, gently swirl it.Flip the AeroPress onto a cup.
- Wait 1.45minute (when the timer shows 3min 45sec) and press gently all the way down (it will take about 30 seconds).
- If you want sugar, now it's the time to put it in. Swirl to melt the sugar.
- Put 120-125ml of full fat milk (3,7% fat at least) and warm it, be careful not to boil it, (for example, Temperature is ok when you put a finger in the milk and you can't let it more than 5sec,so it's hot but not boiled)
- Swirl with a coffee mixer until it gets its volume doubled. Then hit the metal container down and do circle moves to break the foam.
- Put the milk into the coffee.
- Enjoy your day with a warm cappuccino.
