Cappuccino

Creator:Minas Pit

Don't rinse or preheat the brewer.

Use a metal filter.

Stir with a plastic spoon, metal spoon absorbs too much heat.

If you use dark roast coffee, use 90-92°C water and brew 20-30 sec less.

Prepare a coffee mixer or something similar to shake the brew.

Hope you enjoy it!

Ps:

1)Always grind your coffee beans just before you make your coffee,

2)keep your coffee beans fresh within an airtight container.

  7. Put 120-125ml of full fat milk (3,7% fat at least) and warm it, be careful not to boil it, (for example, Temperature is ok when you put a finger in the milk and you can't let it more than 5sec,so it's hot but not boiled)
