AeroPress XL - A Standard Brew for Two v2.0 (Revised 28/11/2023)
If you've recently purchased an Aeropress XL, you'll notice there aren't many recipes around. This one is based on the one in the manual, hence why I refer to it as a 'standard' type recipe, but with a few tweaks to help have more consistent outcomes.
📝 **Recipe Notes:**
📝 **Recipe Notes:**
Grind size: medium
1ZPresso JX - works well with range of 1.7 Clicks
Timemore Chestnut C2- 14 Clicks
Comandante - 20 Clicks
Water Temp: 85degC (185degF) if you started from a temp controlled kettle and 90decC if you're not wanting to wait too long if you don't have one. That whole range works for me.
What's new in this version (v2)?
A - Clicks for the Comandante grinder
B - More precision on the time to pour vs. time to wait. With the XL being bigger, pouring times are longer.

B - More precision on the time to pour vs. time to wait. With the XL being bigger, pouring times are longer.
C - Moved from Standard to Inverted as found it gave more consistency as due to long pour time, it created too much variability.
