Aeropresso Light
If you like a lighter espresso base drink, give this one a try. You can make it black or add 70g of milk to it.
I use a metal filter but a paper filter works fine too.

Equipment:
- Place your inverted Aeropress on your scales and weigh out 11g of your chosen coffee.
- Boil your water and pour 110g water in a circular motion onto the bed of coffee.
- Leave for two minutes, then place your metal filter (also works with paper filters!) on top of the AeroPress as well as the filter cap.
- Place your chosen mug on top and flip the AeroPress so it rests on top of the mug.
- Leave for a further thirty seconds then slowly press for a further thirty seconds.
- Discard the coffee puck, add milk (around 70g if using) and enjoy!
