Aeropress(o) Martini
My friends were begging me to make an Espresso Martini for them at home since they keep seeing my AeroPess videos on social media, plus they know how much I am into coffee. So I've decided to make one for them with limited tools I have with my trusty AeroPress leading the way.
For this recipe, the ingredients you will need: - 30ml aeropress(o) - 30g Bacardi Spiced Rum (preferably chilled) - 20g simple syrup - a pinch of salt - 50g ice
Tools you will need: - a shaker - milk frother - chilled martini glass
Other details: - 10 clicks on Comandante - Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio sugar and water)

- In Standard position, put 10grams of coffee
- Tare start timer and pour 35ml of water within 10seconds
- Stir for 10seconds, once done wait for 10 more seconds
- at 00:30 press Aeropress as hard as you can
- Into the shaker, add the 20ml simple syrup and coffee with a pinch of salt
- Froth it with milk frother to really aerate it (if don't have frother, dry shake it)
- Add 30ml Rum and 50grams of ice into the shaker
- Shake for 30 seconds
- Strain and Serve over chilled martini glass
- Enjoy ;)
