Akuma's Recipe (Tetsu Kasuya Hario Switch Recipe Inspired)
This recipe was inspired by Tetsu Kasuya Hario Switch pour-over method, involving percolation and immersion brewing process. So I decided to give it a try by using AeroPress because it has almost the same capabilities as Hario Switch. The result was a sweet cup of coffee with enhanced fruity notes.
