The perfect all rounder AeroPress recipe to suit a wide variety of coffees, producing a clean, balanced and consistent cup.

Equipment:
- Start the timer and pour 100g in roughly 10 seconds, bloom.
- At 1:30 pour the remaining 150g in roughly 15 seconds .
- Stir with a spoon in back and forth or side to side motions, as to not create a dome within the Aeropress(causes astringency).
- Place the piston to slow the dripping.
- At 2:30 swirl and then begin pressing gently at a slow pace (30-45 seconds).
- Press through the hiss, finishing between 3:00-3:15.
