April Coffee Roasters V60 Recipe
April Coffee Roasters’ 2018 V60 recipe is built around a simple six-pour structure. Water is added in steady 50g increments, creating a consistent and easy-to-follow brewing rhythm.
Rather than stirring the slurry, the recipe relies on controlled pours to create enough movement in the bed for an even extraction. The method is designed to be repeatable and forgiving, producing a cup that is clean, balanced, and slightly higher in extraction than many traditional pour-over approaches.
