Its great for medium and dark roast beans.

79-83°C / NaN°F
215mL

Equipment:

  1. Setup inverted
  2. Within 10 seconds add 50g water
  3. Swirl aggressively for around 3 seconds
  4. Wait 45 seconds (clock ~1:00)
  5. Within 15 seconds, add remaining water, up to 215g (clock ~1:15)
  6. Wait 1 minute (clock ~2:15)
  7. Invert!
  8. Wait 30 seconds (clock ~3:00)
  9. Press gently (should take around 30 seconds)
  10. ☕️ Serve
