Equipment:
- Setup inverted
- Within 10 seconds add 50g water
- Swirl aggressively for around 3 seconds
- Wait 45 seconds (clock ~1:00)
- Within 15 seconds, add remaining water, up to 215g (clock ~1:15)
- Wait 1 minute (clock ~2:15)
- Invert!
- Wait 30 seconds (clock ~3:00)
- Press gently (should take around 30 seconds)
- ☕️ Serve
