Came around this recipe by Mariia Stryzh on instagram. Made some little adjustements to fit my taste.

Equipment:

  1. Step 1 — Concentrate the flavours

    0:00 - 1:45

    In the inverted Aeropress put your 12g of coffee and 80mL of water

  2. Step 2 — Level & Close

    1:45 - 2:00

    Push the piston until the coffee reach the edge of the chamber (you will have less air in the chamber) and close

  3. Step 3 — Invert & Press

    2:00 - 2:30

    Action

  4. Step 4 — Boost

    2:30 - 2:40

    Once your concentrate is in your cup, pour the remaining 100mL @90 degrees to dilute

  5. Step 5 — Enjoy !!
