If you like bold flavor coffee, this recipe is for you. And it's super simple.

You will need a metal filter and a Fellow Prismo for this recipe.

Recipe details:

Inverted

Metal Filter

Coffee:

15g
Medium-fine
Dark roast or medium-dark

Water:

93°C / 199°F
230mL

Equipment:

Fellow PrismoFellow Prismo
  1. Add grounds to inverted AeroPress with plunger just in to the 4.
  2. Start timer and pour water in swirling manner about halfway.
  3. At 30 seconds, give it a quick stir, pour water up to the top, and put on the lid.
  4. At 100 seconds start plunging.
  5. Enjoy!
