Water:

92°C / 197°F

  1. Start a timer, add 85 mL water, aiming to wet all the coffee during pouring.
  2. Wait 40 seconds, gently swirl the brewer.
  3. Add the amount of water 126 mL.
  4. Wait 1:40 second, gently swirl the brewer.
  5. Flip and press gently all the way, it takes about 30 seconds.
  6. Drink and enjoy!
