C'aero'jillo
Use the Aeropress Espresso recipe ratio (20g fine ground coffee / 60g H20), dark rum (Myers's or Kraken are my favorites), and Licor 43 to make a carajillo-inspired cocktail.

Equipment:
- Follow Aeropress Espresso recipe: Start timer, add 60g of boiling water within 10 seconds
- Stir for 10 seconds to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated
- At 40 seconds, plunge into an ice filled shaker. If you don't have a shaker, try a travel mug or sealable container
- Add 40g dark rum, 20g Licor 43, and shake well
- If you don't have Licor 43, I find Kahlua or Tia Maria are tasty alternatives
- Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube
