Citric Sweet
A slow and gentle AeroPress recipe from Argentina 2019 WAC Semi Finalist Rama Marti.
A good, accurate pouring kettle is helpful with this recipe as you need a long pour from :30 to 2:00.

- Preheat your Aeropress and rinse the filter
- Pour the grind coffee and level it gently with some knocks on the side of your AeroPress
- Bloom the coffee with 60g of water for 30 seconds
- Slowly add the rest of the water (180g) until you reach the 2 minutes mark - swirling and controlling the stream with the kettle's neck
- Stir gently 5 times with cross movements (not circular)
- Put the filter cap and let the coffe rest till reaching the 3:20 minutes
- Flip the Aeropress over the Glass
- Press Super gently till reaching 4:20 and 95% of water (dont press all over)
- Stir the glass and enjoy
