Coffice (Coffee in the office)

I first had to look into the Timemore and found that with this grinder for AeroPress brewing 11-15 clicks are suggested. I opted for 13 clicks ( (Timemore Chestnut C3 Pro)).

With this, the coffee from Rwanda (Rwanda Huye Mountain Coffee, Arabica Bourbon, fully washed, 1800 to 2400 masl, selective handpicking )has a sweetness of medium volume, is light but pleasantly bitter in the finish and has a full sufficiently strong body.

The fruit acids are present and the aromas and flavors come through nicely. The mouthfeel is velvety, creamy and pleasantly flowing.
