Equipment:
- Put the paper filter in, rinse it and put it on the standard position. Pour the coffee in.
- Pour 50g of water in quickly, stir it a little, put the piston on to avoid dripping and wait till 0:30.
- Remove the piston, pour the remaining 150g of water in.
- Put the piston on, let it sit to 1:30.
- Press down slowly until 2:00, stop at the hiss.
