Coffee with Ice at 39°C

This is a cold recipe

Try adding 90g of Ice cubes instead of hot water. This will give you a nice chilled coffee.

Water:

95°C / 203°F

  1. Grind beans, take 90g ice cubes from the freezer, put them in the vessel
  2. Pour ground coffee into the AeroPress and level it
  3. Pour with 150mL of hot water, start the timer and stir gently for a short time
  4. Put the filter on and squeeze out the excess air (a paper filter and the steel filter).
  5. Let the coffee stand until 2 minute
  6. Then press slowly the plunger
  7. Enjoy a cool and nice coffee
