Daily Driver Triple Blend
This is quite a unique recipe using a blend of 3 beans and a double press.
📝 Recipe Notes:
- All Medium Roast. Costa Rica 10g, Columbia Supremo 8g, Kenya AA 4g ( Sometimes change it up with Ethiopia Yirgacheffe or Sidamo.)
- Total 22g with 95C 340g spring water (in 2 presses).
- Grind setting 35 using Breville Smart Grinder Pro (fine).

Equipment:
- Heat 340g spring water to 95C° - install plunger (in about 2 cm).
- Add hot water to 1 cm of top.
- Stir with included AeroPress stir paddle - 3 back and forth strokes.
- Wet paper filter and install filter and invert onto mug and steep 2 minutes.
- Swirl - steep 30 seconds more.
- Press gently for 15 sec (about 1/2 press).
- Carefully tilt and remove plunger.
- Add remaining water and press.
