This is quite a unique recipe using a blend of 3 beans and a double press.
📝 Recipe Notes:
- All Medium Roast. Costa Rica 10g, Columbia Supremo 8g, Kenya AA 4g ( Sometimes change it up with Ethiopia Yirgacheffe or Sidamo.)
- Total 22g with 95C 340g spring water (in 2 presses).
- Grind setting 35 using Breville Smart Grinder Pro (fine).
