Daily Driver Triple Blend

This is quite a unique recipe using a blend of 3 beans and a double press.

📝 Recipe Notes:

  • All Medium Roast. Costa Rica 10g, Columbia Supremo 8g, Kenya AA 4g ( Sometimes change it up with Ethiopia Yirgacheffe or Sidamo.)
  • Total 22g with 95C 340g spring water (in 2 presses).
  • Grind setting 35 using Breville Smart Grinder Pro (fine).

Water:

95°C / 203°F
340mL

Equipment:

  1. Heat 340g spring water to 95C° - install plunger (in about 2 cm).
  2. Add hot water to 1 cm of top.
  3. Stir with included AeroPress stir paddle - 3 back and forth strokes.
  4. Wet paper filter and install filter and invert onto mug and steep 2 minutes.
  5. Swirl - steep 30 seconds more.
  6. Press gently for 15 sec (about 1/2 press).
  7. Carefully tilt and remove plunger.
  8. Add remaining water and press.
