Dead simple V60
The main goal for this recipe is to produce a clean, V60-like cup with very little effort, and very predictable results. Taste can be adjusted by changing the grind size. This recipe uses double filters to make the final result clean and smooth.
Recipe Notes:
- Water: For AreoPress Go, I usually fill it to the brim
- Filter: 2 paper filters for a cleaner and smoother result

Water:

250mL
Equipment:
- Prep - Use two regular AreoPress filters and insert into filter holder.
- Prep - Pour in 15g of ground coffee, adjust grind to taste.
- Pour water onto the ground coffee. The first phase is just for blooming, so just make sure you cover the grounds with water.
- Stir a bit or shake until all grounds are wet.
- Wait for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the rest of the water, I use the AreoPress Go, and usually fill it to the brim. I guess this is about to the 4 on a regular AreoPress.
- Wait for about 1-1.5 minutes.
- Insert plunger and gently push, finish at 2:30.
- Enjoy!
